LOLLIPOP AIN'T SWEET

She always had stories to tell. She loved to laugh, everyday was a beautiful day at the beach. She loved it when it rains, the smell of dried sand made her smile. She believed in fairy tales, happily ever afters. She loved him forever and a day more. She loved his hair, his fingers, when they touch her she melts, she loved his voice, oh she loved him forever and a day more. She was the happiest satisfied woman on planet earth. Everyday was a beautiful, beautiful sunny day at the beach. Then it rained, she hated the rain so much, she wanted to die, melt away with the clouds, she hated the wetness, she wished she could be washed away like the sand by the sea shore, she was mortified. Why? She cried my lollipop ain't sweet. She hated him, everything about him made her angry. He had to leave was his excuse, the distance,  the pain he couldn't bare to put her through that pain anymore. She didn't mind but he insisted and she hated herself. He was in love with her, go girl she cheered the other girl. She wished she kissed him more, hugged him more. She was still in love with him. My lollipop ain't sweet she whispered. Come back to me she wished but she wanted him to be happy. How? How can he be happy when I'm sad she thought.... oh! What am i going to do? Why me? I was a good girlfriend she thought. What happened, why me?
Life sometimes might not be the way we picture it, sometimes life can be cruel to test our strength our ability, endurance, it's all part of nature. Love comes and goes. It hurts so bad you wish you could die or pay back for all the wrong he or she did but is it worth it? What if things go wrong while trying to pay back? What if he or she wasn't meant for you? At a point in life, your taste buds will change and that lollipop won't suit your taste buds anymore, time for change right?
Pack your bags, time for vacation. Ignore all that social media talk about pay back, clap back, you need healthy healing and healthy overcoming of your current situation. Time to explore, make new friends, try something new like take cooking classes, go to the gym, trips, blogging, try blind dates just for the fun not to prove you are over him or her. Buy that new heels or sneakers, that dress, go clubbing, wear that bikini, rock your hot body. Discover yourself, learn to love you more, come out of your comfort zone. Nothing too wild, don't allow depression take over your world because he or she left, good for them. Wish him or her the best and get your groove on and make them wish they never left a little fronting won't hurt. Lollipop is always sweet, it comes in different shapes, colours, size so why settle for one flavor when you can try others?
